The COMMITTEE "8th OCTOBER NOT TO FORGET" officially constitute itself in Milan the 17th November 2001. The association unites gets together all people's families who in that morning of 8th October 2001 died on Milan Linate airport strip. President of the Committee, voice and expression of all the families, is Paolo Pettinaroli who co-ordinates its daily work and several activities "not to forget" with a directive council made up of vice-president Ivana Caffi Motta and secretary Giorgio Picciriello, treasurer Vittorio Agosti and the councillors.

Committee "not to forget" constitutes itself even in Scandinavia the 23rd February 2002 and it get together families of Scandinavian victims who were on Sas flight. President of Scandinavian Committee is Mrs. Forsman.
