ECAC-ICAO EUR/NAT Workshop 2026

The conference held in Madrid concluded with great satisfaction, marking a significant event for the sector and an important opportunity for international dialogue.

Our Committee was mentioned several times by the speakers, who acknowledged the value of work carried out with seriousness, continuity, and competence in the delicate field of family assistance.

During the event, Fabiola Cardea, Safety Director at ENAC, delivered a speech dedicated to the working group that ENAC has been advancing in collaboration with the Committee for many years. This shared commitment reflects the intention to build increasingly inclusive processes that remain attentive to the human dimension.

All speakers emphasized how essential it is to involve family members in decision‑making moments and highlighted the importance of continuous dialogue among institutions, operators, and associations.

Twenty‑five years after the establishment of the Committee, our presence remains strong, recognized, and fully integrated within the air transport landscape.
