MEMBERS ANNUAL ASSEMBLY

Dear friends,,

I wish to inform you that the annual Assembly of the Members of the Committee will take place on:,

Saturday, 17 January 2004, at 11:00 AM,
in the Foundation Cariplo in Via Romagnosi, Milan.,

As foreseen by the Statute, during the assembly, the elections of the new Executive Board will take place. ,

Whoever is interested in participating in the new Board, is requested to send their candidacy to the Committee by December 20, 2003.,

The agenda of the day is the following:,

1. Reporting from the Steering Committee on the Committee activities; financial matters until the 30th of June; reporting from the Accountants.,

2. Agreement on the number of the members of the Steering Committee and their nomination.,

3. Nomination of the members of the Accountants Committee.,

The programme of the day is the following:,

11.00 Opening and point 1 on the agenda,

13.00 Lunch,

14.30 Points 2 and 3 on the agenda,

On our Internet site will be published the list of the candidates for the Committee Executive Board.

It is requested for you all to participate, for it is very important that we stay united and that we continue to work together to reach the objectives that there we set in the past.

Whoever cannot participate but wishes to be a candidate, we request that you sign the form below to delegate someone to represent you at the Assembly as a candidate for the Board.
