Our Anniversary Program

Sunday, September 21

6:00 PM - Opera Concert at the Giuseppe Verdi Conservatory, Via Conservatorio, 12

The program will be published on the website as soon as it is available.

This will be the official event of our Anniversary program, with various dignitaries participating.

We sincerely thank Mayor Giuseppe Sala, the entire City Council of Milan, and the Conservatory Management for offering us this wonderful opportunity.

This year, as you may have seen, the Concert will be held several days before the Anniversary date due to organizational and space management issues by the City of Milan and the Conservatory. 

Wednesday, October 8

10:30 a.m. - Holy Mass at the Basilica of Sant'Ambrogio celebrated by Monsignor Carlo Faccendini with the Basilica of Sant'Ambrogio Choir

11:40 a.m. - Bus transfer to visit the "Bosco dei Faggi".

As every year, flowers will be laid and the candle lit.

The Holy Mass and the moment of reflection at the Bosco dei Faggi will be strictly private and will involve family members, their friends, and anyone who wishes to participate. No official dignitaries will be present, but we are certain that, as every year, several dignitaries will accompany us on this occasion.

As for the evening at the Conservatory, all desired seats will be reserved for each family of the victims. Admission is free.

In order to organize the best seat assignments, please let us know how many you need by Friday, September 12th.

We remind you that you can pick up your tickets the evening of the concert in the Conservatory lobby. Giovanna and other volunteers will be present from 5:00 PM to hand them out.

As every year, SEA is actively collaborating in organizing the day and will provide buses for transportation from the Basilica of Sant'Ambrogio to the "Bosco dei Faggi" and back.

To more easily reach the Basilica of Sant'Ambrogio, we suggest taking the Green Line Metro or the new Blue Line, which also stops next to the Basilica.
The Sant'Ambrogio station is located directly in front of the Basilica.
